Two Eids on consecutive days were celebrated in the industrial city of Faisalabad. Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated on October 01 here with religious fervour and a renewed pledge to forge national solidarity and unity among the Muslims while some observed the 30th fast and celebrated the festival on October 2 offered Eid prayer at a congregation held in Jamia Masjid Enaytia Rizvia, Samanabad.
Khatib Muhammad Noor Alam Qadri asked press photographers not to make his photo said he did not applied for National Identity Card due to the clause of photograph. On the first day of October, hundreds of thousands of believers thronged in mosques and Eidgahs to offer Eid prayers at over 500 different congregations that took place around the district. The biggest congregation of the city was held in Jamia mosque Kutchery Bazare.
