In Occupied Kashmir, Chairman All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC), Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and senior Hurriyat leader, Syed Ali Gilani have declared that the Lal Chowk march on Monday will be held despite all restrictions by the occupation authorities.
According to Kashmir Media Service (KMS), both the leaders have appealed to the people to participate in large number in the Lal Chowk march to convey the world that the liberation struggle will continue, despite all odds. Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Mohammad Yasin Malik talking to media-men in occupied Srinagar said volunteer groups consisting of one thousand youth have been formed to co-ordinate and supervise the march.
Meanwhile, the occupation authorities have imposed ban on Assembly of four or more persons in occupied Srinagar ahead of the march. Hurriyat leaders, Syed Ali Gilani and Maulana Shaukat Ahmad Shah have been placed under house arrest.
On the other hand, the Indian troops in one of the largest military operations, which continued for nine days, martyred thirteen innocent Kashmiris in Kangan area of Ganderbal.
A spokesman of APHC condemned puppet regime's decision to lease out for ninety years, one hundred and forty-five kanals of land at Pampore to the Indian Central Reserve Police Force. The spokesman maintained that the decision would be resisted at all cost.
