The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has congratulated former LCCI president Ejaz Butt for assuming charge as Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman and hoped that his appointment would help boost the image of Pakistan besides strengthening Pakistani cricket.
The LCCI President Muhammad Ali Mian, Senior Vice President Mian Muzaffar Ali, Vice President Shafqat Saeed Piracha, former presidents Mian Ashraf and Mian Misbahur Rehman in a statement said the newly appointed PCB chairman is a man of discipline and an administrator par excellence and under his leadership the national team would write new success stories. The LCCI office-bearers said that the newly appointed chairman has the qualities to cope with the challenges being faced by the Cricket Board.
