Pakistan Muslim League-N's Secretary Information Ahsan Iqbal said on Tuesday that his party will forward a proposal before the parliament's special session to include the hard liners in political process. Talking to private TV channel, he said PML-N would offer a proposal before the in-camera parliamentary session to halt the ongoing military operation and invite the radicals to participate in political process.
Expressing dissatisfaction with proceedings of the in-camera session, he said that his party was looking forward to the government's briefing on the issue. "One state organisation doesn't represent the whole of the government, however, we want to devise a state policy regarding tribal areas," Ahsan added.
He said the military operation is not a solution to terrorism, adding bombs and military cannot offer the solution. It is a proven fact at international level that success rate in military operation against such terrorism is not more than seven per cent, he said, the only solution is to include the radicals into political process.
