FPCCI is taking a trade delegation to Amritsar on the invitation of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry. This delegation will interact and arrange B2B meetings between the two countries on the occasion of Pakistan's participation in International Trade Expo at Amritsar from December 3 to 7, 2008 and International Industrial Expo Conference (IIEC) from December 5 to 8, 2008 at Chandrigar.
It shall be the biggest ever delegation to Amritsar, and it is expected that there will be extensive interaction between the business communities of the two neighbouring countries which will accelerate bilateral trade and economic activity being result of recent announcement of opening of Wahga Border. Cement, rock salt, food, onyx, leather, handicrafts, energy, textile made ups, horticulture, pharmaceuticals, machinery, telecommunication and services are the potential sectors for business and trade with India.-PR
