Sluggish trend continues at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where the Index did not observe any change, reflecting minimum participation by the major players and retail investors. ISE-10 Index closed at 2,206.79 without observing any change by the end of trading session.
The volume of trade amounted to 27,354 shares as compared to previous turnover of 17,334 shares. Total 22 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (6) closed in negative territory, one closed in positive zone, whereas 15 companies remained pegged to their overnight levels. The volume of United Bank Ltd was 5,747 shares. The turnover of OGDCL was 4,652 shares. The volume of Bosicor Pakistan was 4,014 shares.
