The Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Karachi in collaboration with the Pakistan-Sri Lanka Business Forum (PSLBF) and the Pakistan Hairdressers and Beauticians Association (PHABA) is organising "Sri Lanka Herbal Cosmetic Products Expo" at the Khorsheed Mahal of Avari Tower on 27th October.
Two prominent Sri Lankan herbal cosmetic products companies namely Natures Beauty Creations (Pvt) Ltd and Hemas Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd will promote their products at this event. They will have their stalls at the hotel and also at the Expo Pakistan in the Expo Centre. H.E. Sidath Kumar, Consul General of Sri Lanka has invited Hon. Minister for Information Shazia Marri as the Chief Guest to the launching of the Expo.
The Consul General mentioned that the Sri Lanka Herbal Cosmetic Products Expo is an ideal opportunity to reap the benefits of the Pakistan - Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement, which came into force with effect from June 2005. The Expo is expected to attract more beauticians in Karachi since the herbal cosmetic products are of high quality.-PR
