Alleged terrorist trainer: time for submission of charge sheet extended till November 11

Justice Khawja Naveed Ahmed of High Court of Sindh, also the Administrative Judge for Anti Terrorism Courts (ATCs) at Karachi on Saturday allowing a request by the Investigating Officer extended time for submission of charge sheet against Raheemullah alias Naeem alias Ali Hassan, alleged trainer of terrorists and only surviving accused of Baldia blast encounter case.
Today, the IO sought time to submit the charge sheets in six different cases against the accused on ground of voluminous details and material evidence. The AJ granted the request and fixed November 02 for submission of final charge sheet against the accused who was booked by police on charges of kidnapping, demanding ransom, hurling hand grenade at the residence of victim/kidnapped person Shaukar Afridi, encounter with police, murder of kidnapped victim, inciting and training terrorists for suicide bombings and for being in possession of illicit arms and explosives.
Three of the accomplice and alleged suicide bombers were killed along with Shaukat Afridi were kept in chains when deceased suicide bombers blasted off to evade arrest at the hand of police on September 26 after hours long encounter in Baldia Town Karachi. The accused is presently in judicial custody and confined at high security ward in Central Prison Karachi.
