Amir Jamaat-i-Islami Pakistan Qazi Hussain Ahmed has announced to observe November 3 as 'Black Day' to protest unconstitutional steps taken by General Pervez Musharraf (Retd) against country's judiciary. Qazi said here on Friday that the nation must pledge on November 3 that it will never accept any military dictator because worse democracy is better than best dictatorship.
He said that nation will defend their basic rights at all cost. He said that people don't accept the present judiciary because they had taken oath of loyalty with one person instead of the constitution. He also said that nation would adopt the constitutional way for bringing a change and announced his full support for the restoration of deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
He said that the people will never accept civilian dictatorship and also asked the rulers to bring back their foreign accounts of billions of dollars to Pakistan. He further demanded trial of former President Pervez Musharraf for violating the constitution and killings the innocent people.
