Falling trend persisted on the grain market on Tuesday as a few commodity items moved downward during the lean trading, dealers said. On the cereal side msoor Canada was sharply lower by Rs 250 to Rs 10000 due to comfortable supply position, urad Burma followed suit and shed Rs 50 to Rs 1900-2000, they said.
On the grams side bajra inferior type fell by Rs 50 to Rs 1700 while the best quality held the previous level at Rs 2500 in process of thin business, they added.
