RIO DE JANEIRO: Brazilian oil exports jumped 67 percent in June to 6.195 million tonnes when compared to the same month last year, trade ministry data showed on Monday, pointing to a pickup in subsalt crude production.
Compared to May, June sales surged 75 percent, the data showed. The figure almost reached February's all-time high of 6.23 million tonnes.
Brazil's revenue from oil exports in June doubled from the same month last year, rising 82 percent from May to $1.975 billion.
