The performance of Communication Ministry is evident from the miscommunication among officials, as they were unable to properly convey the invitation to the media regarding press conference to be held in the concerned ministry on Friday. According to details, the officials of the ministry were confused over the arrangement of a press conference, as it could not be held despite a clear invitation by the ministry due to poor management of the ministry.
The communication ministry failed to properly communicate about the press conference due to internal politics and absence of communication specialists in the ministry. Communication Ministry issued a invitation letter on November 7, inviting the media to attend a press conference of Federal Minister for Communication, at 11:15am at Committee Room 'D' Block Pak Secretariat.
The senior officials of the ministry including PS to the minister showed ignorance when journalists reached there to attend the first ever press conference of the newly appointed Federal Minister for Communication Arbab Alamgir Khan. A senior ministry official seeking anonymity told Business Recorder that there was internal miscommunication among the officials and the ministry has taken strict action against the person responsible for this mismanagement.
