The Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) MNAs, Multan division, have distributed the Benazir Bhutto Income Support Programme's (BBISP) forms among their party supporters instead of deserving people to enhance their vote bank, sources said. Round about 8,000 forms of BB income support programme were given to each MNA in Multan so that the deserving family could take advantage.
President Asif Ali Zardari had launched the scheme amounting to Rs 24 billion. The sources said that some days ago, Rana Mehmood-ul-Hassan, MNA, Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, MNA, Begum Memona Hashmi, belonging to PML-N were distributing forms among deserving families of their party and they were neglecting the PPP workers due to political differences. PPP office bearers in Multan have demanded of President Asif Ali Zardari to ensure proper supply of Benazir Bhutto income support programme forms to them so that they may distribute these forms among the destitutes of their area.
