F.K. Bindial, father of Lahore High Court Judge, Omar Ata Bindial died here on Sunday. He was 80. The deceased was a senior bureaucrat and had rendered services as Principal Secretary to President, Chief Secretary and Home Secretary.
The deceased, F.K. Bindial would be laid to rest at his native town, Bindial Faizabad Khushab on Monday, November 10 at 10am. His coffin was dispatched to his native town on Sunday at 5pm from 97/7, Nisar Colony Lahore Cantt. Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Justice Sayd Zahid Hussain along with other senior judges and lawyers went to the residence of deceased and expressed their condolences and sympathies with Justice Omar Ata Bindial. They prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with equanimity.
