Paresh Rawal pokes fun at Pakistan in his next
After facing twitter rants for tweeting absurd tweets against Pakistan, the Bollywood veteran actor is biting his tongue again for cracking jokes on Pakistan in his latest movie ‘Guest iin London’.
As soon as the trailer for Paresh Rawal’s latest movie released it rubbed a lot of people the wrong way, the teaser contained plenty of offensive jokes especially aimed at Pakistan. But when the actor was asked about these insensitive jokes at the special event arranged for the movie, Paresh said, “It’s just in humor; there is nothing serious about it. We have cracked jokes about us too. So don’t be so touchy, don’t make an issue about it,” Indian express reported.
At the same event director Ashwni Dhir explained there’s nothing Anti-Pakistan in the movie; he further said, “There are good, healthy jokes in the film… It’s not about Pakistan, these are just good jokes. We have cracked jokes about ourselves in the film too. So don’t be serious about it, it’s a funny film.”
The movie also stars Shabana Azmi and Kartik Aaryan and is scheduled to release on July 7.
