The Lahore's business community has already given its verdict in the favour of the PIAF-Founders Alliance as it has set new standards of excellence by extending support to business community for the cause of economic turnaround.
This was the consensus among the speakers including Chairman Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association Kashif Sajjad Sheikh, Chairman Pakistan Association of Automotive Parts and Accessories Manufacturers Malik Mohammad Aslam, Chairman Lahore Township Industrial Association Amjad Ali Jawa and Executive Member PPMA Baber Mehmood Chaudhry while speaking at a luncheon reception hosted by the Chairman Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate Mian Nauman Kabir.

He spoke about the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) office-bearers and said that during the year they put in their best efforts for getting solved all the issues of the business community. He severely criticised the State Bank of Pakistan for making another two percent increase in discount rates saying that it would do no good to the industrial sector that has already been in bad shape.

Mahmood Ghaznavi, Shahzad Azam Khan, Munir Ahmed Bhatti, Kh. Imtiaz Ahmad, Arshad Baig, Siddiq-ur-Rehman, Shakeel Ahmad and Tariq Mahmood were also present on the occasion.
