The Punjab local government and community development department has decided to hold conference of all Tehsil Municipal Officers and Town Municipal Officers of the province to review the performance of the Tehsil Municipal Administrations (TMAs).
According to a department's spokesperson here on Thursday, Punjab Local Government and Rural Development Minister Sirdar Dost Muhammad Khan Khosa will preside over the TMOs Conference, which would held on November 26 at Jinnah Hall Lahore.
Issues related to service delivery, cleanliness, sanitation, encroachments, implementation of building bye-laws, revenue and tax collection, internal control, special audit and measures to control dengue virus would be discussed and policy decisions would also be taken during TMOs Conference.
