The Lahore High Court here on Monday dismissed 12 petitions against reduction in the age of candidates for appointments as educators and observed that the government policy of reducing age limit for the candidates from 45 years to 35 years appear to be carrying rationale.
The court however allowed three other petitions, by Tanvir Talib and others, for recognition of their Masters degrees as valid for qualifying as educators.
