CDA to cancel NOCs of NPF, PMCHS housing societies

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has warned cancellation of NOCs of National Police Foundation and Pakistan Medical Co-operative Housing Society (PMCHS) for over occupation of land in sector E-11. "The notices have been served after the two societies were found illegally occupying land lying out of their respective jurisdictions," a senior CDA official said on Monday.
The two societies will vacate over occupying land within a month after issuance of the notices, he said adding, failing to which would result in cancellation of their NOCs. He said the action was taken on the complaints of local people and subsequently identification of violation of CDA laws and terms by the two societies by CDA's Land Directorate.
