I would like to inform you that I went to the nearest Nadra Swift centre, Habib Bank, SITE Branch, Karachi, along with a friend of mine to assist him in applying for a CNIC. We reached NADRA Swift Centre, SITE Branch, Habib Bank, Karachi, at 8:45 am where we were lined up to 45 minutes.
It was quite surprising as nobody was moving ahead and seemed like there is no activity happening behind the window. For a while I stayed, but then I went to the manager to enquire about the crucial delay. As I entered the office, I found 3 to 4 seats vacant but a few women were on one side as they have no worries what people want from the centre waiting outside.
Finally, when I asked the manager he said, "unfortunately the USB Keyboard of camera PC is out of order due to rain. I am sending my man for arrangements and it will take around 30 minutes more." Alas, swift. Then I left because to stay any longer was unless if the service provider is incompetent and has insufficient tools.
I strongly believe that NADRA has earned a great reputation in the market and it was quite shocking to confront such miserable excuses. The importance of time and the implementation of Quality Control are not only required in softwares, but are also required in structure and quality services at your designated centres that can bring a tremendous change. I would request you to please make the staff available in time and also make the technology updated for tomorrow.
