SCBA raps AG for not issuing notification: Kaleem Khurshid election as member PBC

Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has strongly condemned withholding of notification declaring Pir Kaleem Khurshid as member Pakistan Bar Council against the seat that fell vacant due to appointment of Sardar Latif Khosa as Attorney General of Pakistan.
In a statement issued here on Saturday, Secretary SCBAP Shaukat Umar Pirzada and other office bearers condemned Attorney General for holding the notification in question and for not holding election on the vacant seats of Pakistan Bar Council for province of Sindh.
The bar demanded immediate issuance of the notification by the PBC declaring Pir Kaleem Khurshid as member PBC and holding of forthwith elections of the PBC on vacant seats of Sindh province.
