Insync partner and ComVort Group's London based relationship marketing agency, HS&P has been awarded by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) for its work with Honda. Last week's award ceremony saw the team walk away with the Gold for Art Direction. The DMA Awards, which recognise ground-breaking strategy, exceptional results and original creativity, receive over 1,000 entries each year.
The HS&P team were awarded the Gold in Art Direction in recognition of their work on Honda's welcome pack. The pack was redesigned with the ultimate objective of engendering customer loyalty and advocacy. Returning customers were sent a combination of personalised messages and gifts with an engaging and playful design.
Andy Hunt Cooke, Client Services Director at HS&P says: 'We rewarded customers with greater insight into the philosophy behind Honda and immersed them further in a brand they had already bought into to some extent. It was important that there was attention to detail at every level, and it was pleasing to see the results pay testimony to our efforts. Picking up such a distinguished award for the work is an honour.-PR
