Unknown miscreants blew up two pipelines supplying gas to Sui purification plant early Monday, officials said. According to sources, the miscreants had planted explosive material along the two pipelines of 16-inch and 8-inch diameters supplying gas to Sui purification plants from Pirkoh and Loti areas respectively.
The blasts damaged the pipelines suspending gas supply to the plant. OGDC technical teams were called in to repair the pipelines. Cases were registered against unknown miscreants.
