Sindh Minister for Information Technology Muhammad Raza Haroon has stressed the need of mutual co-operation between corporate sector and education institutions in order to produce the suitable human resource with skills and abilities required by the job market. He said this while addressing a programme, which was organised by Bahria University, Karachi Campus on Tuesday.
He appreciated the idea of organising Career Fair for passing out students and said that government would support all such joint efforts where varsities and corporate sector organisations could come up at a platform to provide jobs to fresh graduates.
He also visited the Career Expo of the university where around 18 corporate sector organisations have set up their booths to search for suitable human resource. Speaking on the occasion, Director Bahria University, Karachi Campus Captain Ashfaq Agha (Retd) said that it would be highly advantageous for the students in terms of getting aware of the job market requirements as well as the prevailing trends in corporate sector.-PR
