A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Syed Pir Ali Shah on Tuesday adjourned hearing of a criminal miscellaneous application filed by Amir Bux Bhutto challenging FIR against his father and SNF chief Mumtaz Ali Bhutto.
The adjournment was sought by state represented by Advocate General Sindh Muhammad Yousuf Leghari and Prosecutor General Sindh. The AG Sindh also termed the medical certificate produced by the applicant side false and said doctor who issued the said certificate be served with a notice.
