President Azadari Council, Jampur city urged Muslims to follow the path of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) who rendered supreme sacrifices for Islam and the Ummah. Council Chief Shamim Haider Khan, Alamdar Hussain, Allama Muhammad Ibrahim, Qari Muhammad Shafi and Muhammad Hussain Faridi speaking at a seminar on "Hussain belongs to all" paid glowing tributes to the Imam and the 'Ahl-e-bait'.
They observed that Islam is the religion of peace and tolerance, it negates sectarianism and directs its followers to promote religious and social harmony and amity. "Muharrum is a holy month and its respect and sanctity should be maintained by ensuring a peaceful environment," said Khan.
