A large number of people on Saturday staged a protest demonstration against massacre of innocent people of Palestine through carpet bombing on Ghaza belt by the Israeli forces killing hundreds of Palestinians including men, women and children.
The demo was organised on the appeal of Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Commission to express indignation against the continued brutal killing of innocent civilians in Ghaza city by Israeli troops. The Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Commission, Humayoon Zaman Mirza led the procession. Protesting youths were carrying placards and banners chanting slogans against Israel for committing continued genocide of innocent Palestinians including infants.
Speakers at the rally strongly condemned the US-backed Israeli attacks against the innocent people of Palestine. They paid rich tributes to the valiant Palestinians for fighting against the brutal Israeli forces despite continued reign of terror and violence unleashed against them (Palestinians).
Further, the participants of the rally demanded of the world community especially, Muslim Ummah to stand united and impose maximum possible sanctions against Israel. They called for early liberation of occupied Kashmir and Palestine.
