Fakhar Zaman hoped that the coming event will be bigger than the one held in 1995. Talking about future plan Fakhar Zaman said that PAL will hold a "Sindh Writers Conference" in Karachi on 1st February 2009.
The conference will be inaugurated by Ishrat-ul-Ebad, Governor of Sindh, while the concluding session will be chaired by Qaim Ali Shah, Chief Minister of Sindh, he added. Giving details of PAL's future activities, he said that more literary conferences will be held in all provinces of Pakistan.
