Director General Airports Security Force Brigadier Fiaz Ahmed Satti, SI (M) inaugurated the ASF Technology Centre at Headquarters ASF Karachi on Tuesday, attended by serving and retired officers of Airports Security Force. The Technology Centre will house offices, workshop and a Central Airports Monitoring.
The main feature of this center is that it will provide capability to Headquarters Airports Security Force (ASF) located at Karachi to monitor real time activities at various airports in Pakistan round the clock. This development in aviation security will greatly enhance operational capability of Airp-orts Security Force. It is also matter of satisfaction that the system has been developed by the engineers and technician of ASF at very economical cost and another step towards aviation security technology development in Pakistan.
