The cabinet division on Wednesday formally issued notification of the portfolios assigned to the four newly inducted ministers. According to the notification, MQM Minister Babar Khan Ghuri was assigned Ministry of Port and Shipping, which he held in the previous government of Shaukat Aziz. Another MQM Minister was given the portfolio of Labour, Manpower and Overseas Pakistani to Dr Farooq Sattar by taking it back from PPP Minister Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah.
Two JUI Ministers Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman and Azam Khan Swati were assigned Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Science and Technology, respectively.
