The Oil & Gas sector in Pakistan is at the crossroads of moving on to the next phase of growth and development in the country. This conference is a healthy collective effort which will help us understand the Policy developments and future initiatives in the Oil and Gas industry of Pakistan; and enable us to update our strategy to effectively deal with the current global economic challenges being faced today.
This sector holds great importance for our national economic health, as it directly relates to one of the biggest import bills of our country. Therefore, the government of Pakistan is determined to carve out a reliable economic stability plan to reduce the burden of imported energy and encourage E&P activities.
