Sudden fire in a private bowzer left Mazhar Ali, S/O Sabaz Ali, landowner of a Tando Alam Oil Complex Well No 4 badly burnt and his guard, Ismail dead while they were attempting to steal crude oil. The incident took place when Mazhar and Ismail were trying to steal crude oil two miles away from main filing point of Tando Alam Oil Complex near village Jummo Khoso.
The Well No 4 was closed due to non-production since last 11 years and its security was handed over to the landowner. As these tow persons attempted to steal crude oil from the closed Well TDM No4, a private bowzer suddenly caught fire leaving Mazhar severely burnt and Ismail dead. The locals rushed them to hospital and TOC fire fighters extinguished the fire at about 03:30 hours. A FIR of the incident has been lodged at Husri Police Station. The Police also seized the bowzer from the scene.-PR
