Except wheat, other commodities tended lower on the grain market on Saturday in process of trading, dealers said. On the cereal side wheat old and new Bardana were higher by Rs 150 to Rs 2650-2665, sugar better type was lower by Rs 50 to Rs 4000.
While the low type did not move any side at Rs 3900, Gur superior type followed same pattern falling by Rs 100 to Rs 3900 while inferior quality was unmoved at Rs 3300, other commodities maintained the overnight levels, they said. On the seed side cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh new low type shed Rs 35 to Rs 850, other types maintained the overnight levels, they said.
On the grams side gram Australia was lower by Rs 150 to Rs 3900-4100, gram dal Australia fell by Rs 200 to Rs 4700-4900, yellow peas Canada shed Rs 50 to Rs 2750-2900 and yellow dal peas Canada also dropped by Rs 100 to Rs 3000-3150, they said.
