The Lahore Businessmen Association for Rehabilitation of the Disabled (LABARD) has decided to hold "Mela" for special children on February 13th at Race Course Park. The mela is a part of an annual event, which is arranged to provide an unique opportunity of get-to-gather with a different kind of entertainment for special children.
A number of government officials, businessmen and LCCI office-bearers would also attend the event despite a large number of dignitaries.
