Altaf condemns ANP leader's death in blast

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain on Wednesday strongly condemned the death of Aalam Zaib Khan, a leader of Awami National Party (ANP) and a member of NWFP Assembly, in a blast in Peshawar. In a statement issued here by MQM, Altaf Hussain termed the incident as an open act of terrorism.
MQM Chief called upon the government to take notice of the incident and arrest the culprits and give them stern punishment. Expressing sympathy with the family of the ANP leader on his demise, Altaf prayed for rest of the departed soul in eternal peace and grant of courage to his family to bear the loss.
