Speaker Nat-ional Assembly, Dr Fehmida Mirza called on Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani at PM's House here today. The Prime Minister lauded her role for smooth conduct of the National Assembly. The Prime Minister said that supremacy of parliament is the prime objective of the government and every step will be taken to ensure it.
The Prime Minister expressed his satisfaction that members of the Assembly had taken keen interest in the recent session. The Prime Minister lauded the impartial role of Speaker in conducting the business of the House. He also appreciated the Speaker for her smooth conduct of the proceedings in the National Assembly.-PR
