M. Zia Ispahani will be visiting Bangladesh from February 16-21, as Special Envoy of the government of Pakistan, the Foreign Ministry said on Sunday. He will convey the messages of greetings and goodwill from the President and the Prime Minister of Pakistan to Sheikh Hasina Wajid, the newly elected Prime Minister of Bangladesh, a statement said.
The visit is aimed at boosting the close and cordial relations existing between the governments and the peoples of the two brotherly countries, it said.
