Shah Jamal police seized 260 bags of urea fertiliser from a hoarder on Monday and arrested the accused. On a tip-off, the police conducted raid the godown of fertiliser dealer, Muhammad Yasin, and seized 260 bags of urea from the site.
The police team arrested the fertiliser dealer on the charge of stocking urea with the intention of black-marketing. Meanwhile, MNA Jamshed Ahmed Dasti reached Shah Jamal and managed the sale of seized urea among farmers at the controlled rate.
