The Prime Minister, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani visited the residence of MNA and the PPP General Secretary of Gujranwala Division, Samina Mushtaq Pagganwala on Saturday and condoled with her the sad demise of her father-in-law, Mian Mushtaq Pagganwala. He was the father of Mian Fakhar Mushtaq Pagganwala, the General Secretary of the PPP of District Gujrat.
Gilani stayed with the bereaved family for some time and offered fateha for the departed soul. He prayed to Allah to shower His infinite blessings upon the departed soul and grant courage to the members of the bereaved family to bear this immense loss with fortitude.
The PM said that late Pagganwala, who remained the District President of the PPP Gujrat for 35 years, was a devoted worker and a real asset for the party, rendered invaluable services for the cause of democracy and wellbeing of the people of his area.
