Kissan Board Secretary General Malik Muhammad Ramzan here on Sunday in an information received here said that inter provincial wheat movement was appreciable. He warned that if buying of wheat did not commence by April1, 2009, hoarders and smuggling mafia would wither away with wheat and procurement targets of government would not be full filled.
The Kissan Board has given 10 points advise to the government in light of conditions to improve the wheat situation.
