President Asif Ali Zardari said on Wednesday that Punjab Governor Salman Taseer will follow his directives in Punjab. According to a statement issued from Aiwan-e-Sadr, President Zardari said due to unfavourable situation in the province in context of the SC verdict, it is impossible for the government to run the province as per the Constitution of Pakistan.
President also said the Chief Minister and other provincial ministers have been stopped from rendering their duties. The situation worsened after Sharif brothers' ineligibility, he added.-PR
