An important meeting of the parliamentary party of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in the Punjab assembly is being held at Raiwind residence of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif on Friday. Sources in the PML-N told Business Recorder that the meeting would evolve strategy for the formation of the PML-N government in Punjab.
The meeting will also take stock of the situation arising out after refraining the PML-N legislators in the provincial assembly to hold proceedings. Speaker Punjab assembly had called the session on the requisition of the PML-N legislators. The assembly session was held on Wednesday. However, due to closure of assembly gates on Thursday, the assembly proceedings were held outside the assembly.
