Message from President of Pakistan

I am pleased to note that KPT, the premier Port of the country and Lucky Cement Limited, the stalwarts of cement manufacturers commence the operations of first ever Cement Silos in the country. Lucky Cement, the pioneers of bulk cement exports from Pakistan have achieved yet another landmark by installing a state-of-the-art cement storage facility, capable of loading loose cement to sea going vessels .
The sophisticated facility is the most modern in this era and even faster than the latest silos installed in the region. Export of bulk cement started in 2007 by Lucky Cement which is leading the exports of this commodity from Pakistan. It has now enhanced its capacity to a highly satisfying level.
Lucky Cement deserves recognition and I congratulate them for enabling Pakistan to enter into a new horizon of loose cement export for bringing valuable foreign exchange for the country. I acknowledge and applaud Karachi Port Trust and Lucky Cement for this landmark achievement.
