On the occasion of inauguration of Cement Silos of Lucky Cement , I feel grateful to Almighty for yet another milestone in our progress . I am glad that this modern terminal has been established in our port and it will hopefully usher in greater progress and create conducive environment for further activities .
It is truly in line with the vision of Karachi Port Trust to encourage private sector to invest in our port. Together we hope to enable smooth handling of our vital exports. Cement Silos at West Wharf of KPT will not only enhance the loading efficiency and availability of berthing but will also enable to increase revenue generation through the mechanised business activity KPT and Lucky Cement are well on their way to meeting the annual target of handling 2 million tons of cement.
I wish to assure our that we believe in co-operation and mutual understanding to enhance our trade activities. KPT remains commited and upholds the trust reposed by the government as well as our stake holders.
