Sugar, gur, til and Irri 6 higher on grain, seed market

Bullish trend persisted on the grain, seed wholesale market on Monday as the retailers indulged in the forward buying, dealers said. On the cereal sector sugar was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 3950 and gur good type was up by Rs 100 to Rs 4000 while the low type did not move any side at Rs 3400, they said.
On the seed side til low type gained Rs 100 to Rs 3100 and better quality rose by Rs 50 to Rs 3300 and sugar was up by Rs 50 to Rs 4000, they said. Only one change was seen on the rice sector, where Irri-6 Sindh inferior type was higher by Rs 100 to Rs 2500 and low type was up by Rs 50 to Rs 2800, they said.
