Addressing a press conference along with Nawaz Sharif, the Prime Minister said that he had met Nawaz with a message of goodwill from Federal Government, President Asif Ali Zardari and himself. Nawaz said it was not the defeat or victory of anybody, and added that after 60 years this mega change had come. He said the delivery of justice was their goal and there was no other aim or objective beside this. Nawaz Sharif said "No", in replying to a question whether there would be another long march against Governor rule.
Gilani said that he himself was against Governor rule, and added that they had gone to court against disqualification judgement of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif, and if there was a delay in decision, any body which proves majority in the assembly should for the government. He said that in the changed scenario, Nawaz himself could become party in the legal suit.
