Chief of the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum, Pandit Bhushan Bazaz has said the present State government is helpless in taming the police and armed forces as is evident by the refusal of army in accepting the Bomai killing report.
Taking a dig at chief minister, Omar Abdullah, he said since his taking over the reigns of the State, 10 persons were killed by the armed forces without any provocation.
Referring to the Kheegam incident in which a carpenter was killed by CRPF, Bazaz said human rights violations in the valley are at the peak, and promise of zero-tolerance by the government is proving hoax.
