The Maritime Security Agency (MSA) has apprehended five Indian fishing boats along with 31 crew members on March 21 for fishing illegally in Pakistani waters. This was stated by an official of the MSA in a statement issued here. It said that these boats were found fishing illegally inside the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Pakistan.
The statement further pointed out that Indian fishermen have been warned time and again not to violate Maritime boundary but they repeatedly come in our EEZ to benefit of rich fish resources at the mouth of Indus delta.
