Gainers outclass losers on ISE

Gainers outclassed losers at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bulls commanded the proceedings under the lead of trend-setters amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 61.62 points, as the index moved from 1,469.43 to 1,531.05 points.
The volume of trade amounted to 3,169,647 shares as compared to previous turnover of 2,631,300 shares. Total 140 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of companies (112) closed in positive territory, 28 closed in negative territory. The volume of NIB Bank was 519,000 shares. The turnover of OGDCL was 383,000 shares. The turnover of Bank Al Falah was 281,000 shares.
