The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) has announced a generous scholarships programme commencing in August 2009 for students graduating from the Beaconhouse School System in Pakistan. Under this scheme, three scholarships covering 100percent of the tuition fees and six scholarships covering 50percent of the tuition fees will be awarded to high academic performers nominated by the Beaconhouse School System.
The scholarships are available for the entire duration of the students enrolment at UOWD, as long as they meet the minimum rate of progress. The total value of the scholarships is approximately Rs 21 million.
